REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the start of class unless the class is cancelled by Phoenix Productions.
If you cancel within the 30 day window due to a medical reason, Phoenix Rising Star Academy will issue a refund, provided a physician’s note is provided.
ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your class begins. Enter using the side entrance of our parking lot at 59 Chestnut Street in Red Bank. Parents do not need to come in with their student after the first day of class.
Please be prompt so that class may start on time. If you require early dismissal for your student, please make the instructor aware prior to class.
If your student is going to be late or absent, please notify us at 732-747-0014 extension 2 or email education@phoenixredbank.com.
Parents/guardians must sign students out of each class. Students under the age of 18 must be released to an authorized parent or guardian. If someone else is picking up your child, your child is allowed to walk home alone, or meeting you in the parking lot, please notify the office in writing prior to class so we are aware of your dismissal plans.
STUDIO VISITATION
The Rising Star Academy requests all parents and guardians to remain outside the studio during instruction time. Parents and guardians may only visit the studio with the permission of the main office or at special showcases scheduled by the instructor.
EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS
In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances force the Rising Star Academy to cancel or delay the start of our class, we will contact the parents and guardians via phone and email. We will also post on the Phoenix Rising Star Academy Instagram (@phoenixrisingstaracademy), we strongly advise you follow our account.
ISSUES OR CONCERNS
Any concerns or issues you may have, please email us at education@phoenixredbank.com. Should you need any special accommodations to be made concerning your child, or have important details pertinent to their health or education needs, please let us know. We aim to ensure that our students experience is a positive fun filled one.
CELL PHONE/SOCIAL MEDIA
While cell phones are an important part of staying connected to you child while they are not at home, we do not allow them in our studios during class time. Your student will have a spot to put their belongings while in class. Likewise, we request no social media posts be made during class time. We encourage social sharing about your student’s experience, but request any posts be made after or between classes.
